Whatever your project needs to run properly in production — and nothing more than that. DNS records, SSL certificates, deployment configuration, environment setup, renewal tracking, and direct technical support. The scope is defined by what you need, not a fixed package.
No. There's no single architecture requirement. You can use our infrastructure or we can manage yours — Vercel, AWS, Digital Ocean, custom VPS, or existing environments. We work with what makes sense for your project.
No. Uptime depends on the underlying platform — Vercel, AWS, Digital Ocean, or your VPS provider — and each has their own availability commitments. We manage the operational layer on top of those platforms. If uptime is critical, we'll help you choose the right platform for your requirements.
If infrastructure under our management is involved in malicious activity, spam, or any form of abuse — regardless of whether it was caused by you or a third-party compromise — we will suspend or terminate service immediately, without prior notice. We can't operate infrastructure that's being used harmfully.
Services are active while they're paid. If a renewal isn't processed, the service goes down. We don't hold environments in suspension — if a payment lapses, the infrastructure is decommissioned. We're not responsible for data loss from non-payment.
No — and this is important to understand. Data retention is the client's responsibility, and beyond that, it's the responsibility of whatever platform you choose to use. We can show you what backup or snapshot options are available on your platform and help configure them — but we don't manage backups and we're not liable for data loss under any circumstance.
Yes. We audit the existing setup, document what's there, and take over operations cleanly. Most environments we inherit have at least one thing that would have caused a problem eventually.
We scope each engagement based on the platforms involved, the complexity of the environment, and the level of ongoing coverage needed. No fixed plans — reach out and we'll put together something that fits.
